Generalizing a bad event is one of the factors that destroys our well-being and spirituality.
When a bad event happens to us once, we assume that it will always happen to us.
I will not succeed in this. I have no luck. My prayers will never be answered.
To get rid of this way of thinking, we must accept that there is a possibility that anything can happen to all humans, but this possibility is irrational.
Just as there is a possibility that countless good events can happen to us.
None of the events before us are random and without reason. A set of voluntary and involuntary factors cause an event.
That is why we must first stop generalizing.
